Back from Vegas .. I’m Happy to say I was wrong about Chuck losing he seemed to be in true form and though he beat Wanderlei convincingly I still thought it was a great fight . GSP did exactly what I expected him to do … I think Matt Hughes should retire he’s not the 9 time UFC champ anymore. He was on top for a long time and has nothing to prove really … I’ll post some Vegas pics later … Let me once again say Happy New Year to all and thank everyone who takes the time to read and write on this blog . I hope 2008 is an interesting and fulfilling year for all ….

I’m off to the fights ….. I’ll post some flics when I get home Sunday (I should say if I get home Sun.).. Can’t stay in Vegas for New years . Did it last year, too many people , but I got to go to the fights always .. I’m a big Chuck Liddell fan but Wanderlei Silva is a monster and I think will win. I’m also picking Georges St. Pierre over Hughes though both of these fights are well matched and can easily go the other way … Overall should be a great show …. and just in case I don’t get a post up before then .. Happy New Year to all of you who support what I do. I greatly appreciate the kind and sometimes unkind words they’re are all respected . I’m not out to please everyone, it’s hard enough to please yourself in this life . So to everyone that has taken any time out of their lives to even check out what I do ….. Thank You

This was an incredibly brave woman who knowing very well it would cost her her life, she returned to the country she once was Prime Minister of to try and make a difference . She absolutely knew she would be killed . Her father and 2 brothers had already been killed . What more is there to say …. We all need to take notes on bravery from this woman’s example .

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS) ― The San Francisco Police Department confirmed that a tiger escaped its confinement at the San Francisco Zoo, then attacked and killed a visitor.

Two others were injured by the tiger that entered the Terrace Cafe inside the zoo at 5:15 p.m. The injured were taken to SF General Hospital. The escaped tiger was shot and killed.
