Heading to New York for a couple of days to shoot a video for the Lords.  The song is “Brooklyn Way” and also is the name of the “reality show” they have on Fuse TV . Kaves is a long time friend ( more like a brother or cousin by now) and I am really hoping people will dig the show . It’s definitely more real than most so called “reality shows” … 

Too weird for words…

I have opened my mouth one too many times about the release of the album. To the point where I feel like “the boy who cried wolf” my damn self. I can only say at the moment with relative certainty that it will be June but don’t know which week. Letters Home was sent out to over 200k emails today and it has been sent to radio across the board and if you hear it on your local station call and request it again ….”Folsom” is still gonna be released but the “Letters” song has done very well at a few radio stations without any effort so we want to see what it does if we try to get it played…. I know some of you die hard fans are anxious to hear the album . I can say that I do think when it drops you guys will not be disappointed . It’s been 3 1/2 years or so since I put out a record . So I am just trying to take advantage of every opportunity to make an impact of some kind in a world with very little attention span . I apologize for the wrong info these past couple of  announcements . I will keep you guys posted with the very latest info when I receive it …. Ev

DJ Solo has been working at the Soul Assassins Studio for a few years now . He’s put in a lot of work for any and everyone who’s been at the studio and now I think his time is here …..

Did a little preview show for a bunch of industry folx today at the Hotel Cafe in Hollywood . I thought they would be a bunch of dead fish ( as most industry crowds are ) but to my surprise they were quite vocal about their approval . It was really encouraging and the band is my smallest yet meanest sounding yet …. Solidifying some dates for May now and Radio shows for June and hopefully some festivals in the EU over the summer … I’ll keep you guys posted ….

Been crazy the past few days between distribution meetings , band rehearsal, dropping the LCN video and hitting Vegas for St. Patty’s .. I”ll get some new things up tonight hopefully . Here it is people…

So Snoops album is out and even though they messed the credits up ( snoop did not write any of the song) It’s all good I’ve been assured they will correct it on the second printing “insha allah” there is one …. there will be …. Snoop once again mentions me and my song on Conan O’Brian last night . Looks like it might become a single and video ( I hope so ). So I know it’s March and I haven’t given you all a solid release date for my album. Thats because I’ve been working out the distribution deals and my European and Asian distributers all want to release simultaneously which means probably end of May or first week of June . I know you guys are waiting on this and I appreciate everyone of you. Once all the paperwork is done things will start flying much faster . “Letters Home” has been added to multiple stations and is starting to get noticed on a much bigger level than before. I will be starting a small club tour to warm up the chops in May. I will have dates for you guys very soon . I start rehearsing tomorrow and am very excited ….

Lately my days are filled with conversations with lawyers and managers about Several international distribution deals. Shit is not only boring but when you have 2 lawyers dealing with each other everything takes 4 times longer than it was supposed to. So to avoid going completely insane I have hobbies . The most peaceful of which is my aquarium. It’s actually pretty hard to keep a tank looking good but I really enjoy it … peep game…
