ok we all know about the hill especially since you attended b-real’s wedding and all - but whipping out the main source, now that is a classic memory lane! whenever you broke up or got into a fight with your girl that song was on full blast, not to mention that beat, how many people used that beat at that time! good looking out, next put up faking the funk!

So, this is what I think: “Die in Yer Arms” is the best track on the new LP. It’s terrific, actually. Why it hasn’t already been summoned to circulate the clubs (the ones where people dance, not just nod their foggy heads) boggles the mind.

Talking about memory lane, Dolemite died. I can’t believe it. I mean, I know Rudy Ray Moore was up there in years, but damn. Most of you are probably way to young to know who he was, but he was quite the name in his day.

Coincedentally, I just put “Kill A Man” on my ipod last week. I guess I was feeling all nostalgic for a by gone era of music in which Lil Wayne wasn’t featured on everybody’s album rapping about nonsense. Ah…memories.

By coincidence, I was watching this Cypress Hill video last week. I’ve been listening to Rage Against The Machine a lot this summer. Their version of this totally rocks. Tom Morello’s riff is wack, off the hook, dope, the bomb, and whole lot of other lame 90’s slang. And Zack’s vocals are far less casual than B-real’s.

Whitey, I hope you get over your cold soon. Remember: stress is a factor in every illness. Control your stress, and you will go a long way towards controlling your health. I’ve been pretty much cold free for about 2 years, thank God, since I changed my job. I used to be sick 4-5 days straight at a time. Now I’m down about 1 or 2 days total per year. And I pray every day that God keeps me and my family healthy. I got a sore throat today, but I”M A FIGHT IT, YO! YEEEAH, IT’S LIKE THAT! IT’S ON, YOU M—–F—IN’ BUGS! THEY BE HIDIN’ IN THE BUSHES WHEN I DRIVE BY!
I think I’ll leave writing to the professionals.
