Gero, I was standing on a barracade, and so was damn near everyone else. It was shaking like crazy. Unfortunately, the best pics were from my crappy cell phone, and those were pretty bad.

I found a really large suit at a local thrift store, also a couple of beautiful uniform dress shirts, ridiculous ties, cartoony….The Flaming Lips are leading their dia de los muertoesque march of the dead through okc tonight…Slingin’coffee and pastries….I have discovered that its fun to dress up… clean and sober two years this month..ridiculous,ridiculous..
have a good hallows,Ev…..I was thinking today that “stone in my hand”
made me think that the single most consistent backround symbol of resistance in my life has always been the images{for twenty plus years}of palestinian kids flinging rocks at soldiers behind heavy guns and armored military equipment….tanks,bulldozers..etc…It is a strong example of perseverant attrition….the relentless obsessive and desperate…nowhere to go but up…

Meanwhilst the almighty neverbeendead god came to talk with me again about the kill the emperor opening track.
To say it is the hardcore version from that ol el condor pasa track from simon and garfunkel but what is so hardcore about someone who ain’t never caught a rabbit and cannot attack.
Sample: The sound of silence - Simon and garfunkel

Best Record of 2008. Period. The show at the Roxy was sick. The band was awesome and it was great to see real musicians playing great music at a time where everything new pretty much sucks!!! Keep fighting the good fight. Stone in my hand is one of the best songs I’ve ever heard.
