Salvador Dali x Walt Disney
What originally started in 1946, this project between Walt Disney and Salvador Dali was postponed because financial reasons as well as word of it being too extreme for the time. Fast forward 57 years later to 2003, what has more than likely already seen a general release the film has also premiered at some film festivals. What the team completed where Dali had left of is quite unique and hugely impressive, watch the film below.

Well, it sure is trippy, about as trippy as the acid trip in the middle of “Dumbo”. If you’ve ever seen “Dumbo”, you’ll know what I mean.
I doubt this was too edgy, it was probably not mainstream enough because of the nudity. OMG, look out, there’s buns!
I am sort of anti Disney. I think Pixar’s movies are excellent, but, having been to Disneyworld a couple years ago, i think it’s all about hype. There’s no way that those parks should be pulling in people from all over North and South America. I mean, it’s a bit of fun, but i couldn’t help feeling that all the unsmiling people (myself included) were being brainwashed. Marketing, folks.

Hey Hench, how ya doin? Bushwick Bill is a riot. Common sense in rap - is it funny, ironic, or is it shocking that it is so funny and ironic when it should as straightforward as, you know, common sense.
It reminds me of that line in “Damn it feels good to be a Gangsta” (Geto Boys): “..some got killed in the past, But this nigga here was a smart one one, I started livin’ for the lord and I last.”
Wisdom never goes out of style. Peace all.

I am still breathing mate and thats good enough for me . Bushwick Bill is a bloke I have a lot of respect for . I was watching an interview with him the otherday and he basically said everything that I believe is true when it comes to socalled gangster rap . Alot of rappers put out that format because they know it sells better than if they were just themselves and told the truth . Sad but true . Bushwick is a legend though .
